What if Regeneration
isn't something we 'do,' but a way that we 'are'?

We live in a rapidly changing world, and in order to make sense of it, we must also transform. Our ways of living and of making sense of the world have been both very successful and at the same time, they have created existential threats that put in danger the future of life on this planet. We are the ones called to lead this transformation by learning, and cultivating regenerative ways of living, relating, and working.

Roots and Rhythms is grounded in the belief that humans are inherently regenerative. Just as the sun rises and sets, flowers bloom and return to earth, and the tides ebb and flow, we, too, are part of the natural rhythms of life. These same rhythms govern the beating of our hearts, the expansion and contraction of our breath, and the cyclical nature of our bodies.

At its core, regeneration invites us to reconnect with the natural world within and around us. It is about remembering how to live in balance with ourselves and with nature. By embracing reciprocity— we can live in harmony with both our inner rhythms and the world’s natural patterns to transform our lives and the way we relate to each other and the planet.

We envision a space for:

  • Slowing down: Allowing our bodies to ground and land with the earth and each other so that we can become receptive to being nurtured and begin to listen more deeply.
  • Moving/Being moved: Waking up & inhabiting our vessels/bodies through dance and embodiment practices, becoming more intimate with life and allowing it to guide and ‘move us.’
  • Relating: Cultivating our relational skills with each other through practices that support our attunement, expression and communication, allowing for more depth and healing through our being together. Creating lasting connections with like-minded individuals committed to regenerative living.
  • Exploring: Bringing our curiosity to our challenges and what might get in the way of our embodying regeneration.
  • Honouring: Coming into humility and reverence for life through ceremonies and rituals that return us to our sense of sacredness.

We – Pablo and Ruby – don’t have all the answers to what embodying regeneration looks like or how we might transition there in these often overwhelming times of complexity. But we do share a passion for creating spaces where we can be with our questions and curiosities and harness our collective wisdom together. We believe that each of us plays a role in transforming this world, and we want to invite you into a space where you feel emboldened in being the change.

By the end of the retreat, you will leave with a renewed spirit—ready to dream boldly and take actionable steps toward becoming a creator of the new world. This gathering is more than just a retreat; it is an invitation to reimagine and regenerate our future by drawing strength from the past and present, aligning with the natural rhythms that sustain us.

Program Details

Each day will begin with quiet journaling time, offering you the opportunity to dive deeper into your personal journey. This reflective practice will be followed by Clan Talk, where we will gather in small groups to share insights, reflect on our experiences, and listen to one another. These intimate sharing circles are essential for making sense of both our individual and collective journeys.

After a short break, we will come together for a Biodanza session—a powerful, movement-based practice that enhances self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and community connection. These sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, awaken your creative potential, and tap into ancient wisdom, all while strengthening your sense of purpose and belonging.

In the afternoons, we will continue to explore through a variety of different talk-based, relational and embodied practices, focusing on both personal growth and collective transformation, opening the space to explore how we can live regeneratively in today’s world.

Evenings will be dedicated to sacred celebrations around the fire, where we will come together to sing, dance, and reconnect with both our inner nature and the larger forces of the universe. These ceremonies are meant to celebrate life, cultivate joy, and honor the deep connection we share with each other and the world around us.

Location

Landhaus Beuerhof (Beuerhof 1, 54579 Üxheim)

Our container and home for this transformative five-day journey is set amidst the serene beauty of Landhaus Beuerhof, located in west Germany in the Eifel mountain district, surrounded by volcanic lakes. We have the unique opportunity to live in Lakota-style tipis,  built and blessed by Lakota Indians as a space for transformation work to happen.

This will be our home as we also explore living as a community as a key aspect of regenerative living. How do we balance our individual selves, our personal needs and desires, with feeling part of something greater, and tending to the needs of our collective body?  By honouring and sharing our inner worlds and holding each other through this process, we hope to weave an embodied sense of interconnection and belonging together.

“The special thing about the Tipi Village is the unique atmosphere that surrounds it. These Tipis which were purposefully designed by Lakotas, offers you the comfort you need for a relaxing stay and at the same time leaves enough space to experience nature.

Accommodation will be shared inside the tipis, and you will need a sleeping back and an Isomat.

Pablo Escorcia

I’m a Berlin-based entrepreneur, Didacta Biodanza teacher, embodied practitioner, coach, and consultant. My journey has been one of seeking alignment between the practical world of business and the deeper, transformative world of embodiment and conscious movement. I am passionate about integrating these two realms to create meaningful and holistic approaches to personal and professional growth.

My life’s purpose is to revive and honor ancient rites and wisdom, creating sacred spaces for ancestral healing. I believe that through this healing, we can reconnect to our highest selves, find the courage to embody our future, and embrace the humility needed to journey together as a community.

At the core of my work is the intention to lead processes that elevate human consciousness, grounded in gratitude and love. By facilitating this deeper connection to ourselves and the world, I aim to contribute to the creation of a more compassionate and regenerative world.

I am a Didacta Biodanza teacher and the director of the Biodanza School in Medellín, Colombia. I specialize in the extensions of Biodanza, Neo-Shamanism, and the Biocentric Principle for Organizations, helping individuals and organizations reconnect with their natural rhythms and create a thriving, more conscious way of being.

Ruby May

I’m a British, Berlin-based creative visionary, community leader, and facilitator, weaving together relational intelligence, feminine stewardship, and embodied activism in my work.

My journey has been shaped by a background in intimacy, sexuality, and shadow work, along with years of facilitating workshops internationally. A pivotal period working as a professional dominatrix ignited my interest in leadership and the collective shadows surrounding power. My research inspired me to study the female body – more specifically the womb  – as a gateway to understanding feminine leadership. This inspired Know Your Flow, an online education and membership program I founded, that connects a global network of women exploring the menstrual cycle awareness as a gateway to feminine leadership and embodied regeneration.

I’m also co-founder of Sensing the Change, an initiative that brings together somatic practitioners and political activists to foster meaningful transformation. Currently, I work as a certified body-oriented coach and serve as the community leader for Red School, the largest school of embodied feminine spirituality worldwide.

I believe that no amount of political strategy can match the transformative power of collectively befriending our bodies. When we shift from “having” a body to fully experiencing “being” one, we move out of a power-over relationship with life and into a sense of kinship and interconnection with the world and each other. This is what inspires me.
